Titel: Concepts of T cell activation from a spatiotemporal perspective
Abstract:
In this presentation, Wolfgang Kastenmüller will present data on CD8 T cell priming and intranodal pDC and cDC1 dynamics during viral infections. Based on these data he will propose a new model for CD8 T cell differentiation that integrates spatiotemporal aspects of the priming process. He will further discuss the role of endothelial cells in the context of T cell mediated hepatitis and share unpublished results on how Batf3 regulates CD8 T cell survival.
